through bronze dies that create a
rough texture to the surface of the paste. This rough texture grips our delicious sauces perfectly.
Ci Gusta Reggio Emilia’s soups and risottos are bursting with traditional flavors. The soups, such as coconut & curry, mushroom, potato, and asparagus, are creamy and fresh. The risottos can be customized to your liking and are fantastic for catering to all tastes.
Ci Gusta has a new line of 100% plant-based ingredients, all made with vegetable proteins, no colouring agents and no preservatives. This line was designed for those who want to make burgers and many other savoury preparations entirely plant-based and vegan.
